From the rolling hills of Northwest Missouri, I'm a productsof a very rural area where contracts truly were signed by handshakes and a person's word was their bond. Life in the country formed my personality and gave me courage to try new things as they appeared on the horizon.
My husband and I found pleasure living in various parts of the U.S., meeting interesting people, and experiencing unique cultures. By accepting those variations and making good friends along the way, we've definitely enjoyed people with different backgrounds.
I enjoyed successful careers in communication, marketing, and management. And adding entrepreneurial experience after moving to Southern California, it set the stage for ultimately entering real estate -- a career I'd danced around for a long time.
Along with both a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in Business, I have several real estate related credentials including a GRI, ABR, SRES, and ePro designations. I've also taken several advanced courses including Certified Negotiator, Integrity Selling, and Previews Specialist Certification.
My background complimented my original role with Coldwell Banker along the southern coast of California as well as my current position with Windermere Real Estate.
